Help Shape the Future of Hospice & Palliative Care in Litchfield County
Fairfield University Master of Public Health student Danielle Nicosia, working alongside Chaplain Rich Miller-Murphy of the Connecticut Palliative Care Advisory Council, is conducting a community survey to better understand the hospice and palliative care needs of Litchfield County residents. Building upon previous community research, this survey aims to gather perspectives from individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences to better understand current needs, barriers to accessing care, and what residents would value in a future hospice and palliative care setting.
All Litchfield County residents are encouraged to participate, and no previous experience with hospice or palliative care is necessary.
The survey takes approximately 5–10 minutes, is available in both English and Spanish, and will remain open through November 15, 2026.
Your input is valuable in helping shape a future model of compassionate, accessible end-of-life care that reflects the needs and preferences of our community.
